In 2014, Elizabeth Rodriguez, the CEO, founded "Because Children Matter" to support programs and agencies in their efforts to engage and maintain a continuous quality improvement process. Our services are available to Head Start, Early Head Start, and Childcare providers across the United States and Puerto Rico. We firmly believe that families and children who have access to comprehensive early childhood education and family support services are more likely to succeed. In 2021, Because Children Matter launched its Early Learning Centers, Noah's Place, which operate in two separate locations and within eight County Courthouses. We believe that every child and every family should have access to these services, regardless of their background and zip code.
