Our Vision
"Our vision is to make a positive impact on the lives of people who are facing poverty and social issues due to limited resources. We aim to break the cycle of poverty and provide support to families who have nowhere else to turn. Our commitment is to work with these families and help secure a brighter future for their children. We believe that with the right support and resources, there is always a way forward, even in the face of challenges."

Excellence: We are committed to creating healthy and safe environments of the outmost quality for our employees and the children in our care.
Respect: We strive to honor individuality, embrace diversity and inclusion, and create environments that are welcoming for all children and families. Our staff is trained in these Standards of Care. Messages or attitudes of non-acceptance are not allowed in our daily work.

Because Children Matter (BCM) was created to assist programs and agencies to engage and remain committed to Continuous Quality Improvement. We strongly believe that families and children who have access to quality and comprehensive early childhood education and family support services increase their opportunities to succeed in life. Every child and every family should have access to these services regardless of their background and the zip code in which they live.
